    Ravi Shankar Centenary March 2022

    After two pandemic-related postponements, Anoushka is thrilled that she will be finally performing for her father’s Centenary Celebration concert at London’s Southbank Centre. Anoushka and her sister Norah Jones have put together a show to pay tribute to their father and celebrate his life’s work. Many of Ravi Shankar’s senior disciples and loved ones will be joining Anoushka onstage along with special guest Nitin Sawhney. It will be an evening of music highlighting his multi-genre work, including Indian Classical, East – West collaborations and songs from films. Throughout the day there will be other events taking place to mark his music and influence, the details of which can be found on The Southbank Centre website.

    Firdaus Orchestra

    Anoushka will be performing at Expo Dubai 2020 on 6th Febrauary 2022. Exclusively for Expo Dubai 2020 a pioneering women’s ensemble has been developed under the creative direction and leadership of Oscar winner A.R Rahman. She is looking forward to playing alongside these inspiring and talented female Artists.

    Celtic Connections 2022

    To kickstart the year Anoushka will be performing at Glasgow’s annual folk, roots and world music festival - Celtic Connection 2022. The festival is a celebration of music cultures across the globe and she is honoured to be taking part on 28th January 2022. This festival was close to getting cancelled so Anoushka feels especially grateful and excited to be starting the year with such a fabulous event. She will be re-visiting her father Ravi Shankar’s Concerto No.3 for sitar and orchestra along with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra.

    Anoushka recently served as a guest curator on Qwest TV, a global hub for music and culture created by Quincy Jones. You can watch amazing concerts, documentaries, interviews and archive films.     Reflektor Festival

    Anoushka’s rescheduled Reflektor Festival will be taking place at Hamburg’s iconic Elbphilharmonie from 4th to 7th November 2021. Anoushka has curated the festival to feature a diverse array of South Asian art forms and artists dear to her. She is also performing twice: the live score to ‘Shiraz’ alongside the film on Friday 5th and music from her latest EP ‘Love Letters’ on Sunday 7th.
