Noor Inayat Khan
In December 2011, Britain will be commemorating Noor Inayat Khan, the legendary World War II spy. Anoushka will be performing at the House of Commons in London in a special benefit concert, to help raise money for the memorial statue. Noor Inayat Khan’s will be the first statue of a Muslim or an Asian woman ever to be erected in Britain.
